30. CONSIDER AWARDING AND APPROVING CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENTS WITH UBER\nTECHNOLOGIES, INC. AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES COOPERATIVE, INC. FOR DIAL-A-RIDE\nSERVICES (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. AWARD and APPROVE a Contract Services Agreement with UBER TECHNOLOGIES, INC. to\nprovide demand-responsive Dial-A-Ride services for a five-year term, for a not-to-exceed total\nContract Sum of $2,000,000 over the course of the term (Exhibit No. 1; "Uber Agreement");\n— 2. AWARD and APPROVE a Contract Services Agreement with ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES\nCOOPERATIVE, INC. to provide demand-responsive Dial-A-Ride services for a five-year term, for\na not-to-exceed total Contract Sum of $2,000,000 over the course of the term (Exhibit No. 2;\n"Yellow Cab Agreement"); and,\n— 3. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the Uber Technologies Agreement and the\nAdministrative Services Cooperative Agreement, following approval as to form by the City\nAttorney.
