34. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH\nZ&K CONSULTANTS, INC. TO PROVIDE ON-CALL PROFESSIONAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES\nTO THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE Amendment No. 2 to the Contract Services Agreement with Z & K Consultants\nto provide on-call Project Management Professional Services, increasing the contract sum by\n$405,220 for a total contract sum of $1,114,196 and extending the term until June 30, 2027;\nand,\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute Amendment No. 2 to the agreement with Z & K\nConsultants to provide on-call Project Management Professional Services following approval as\nto form by the City Attorney.\nSPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY (Item 35)\nPublic testimony is restricted to three minutes per speaker, speaking once (excepting applicants\nwho are afforded a right of rebuttal, if desired), unless\nextended by order of the Mayor with the approval of the City Council.
