22. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF A MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH OPENGOV INC. FOR\nSOFTWARE LICENSES, PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, MAINTENANCE, AND SUPPORT (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE a Master Services Agreement with OPENGOV INC. for software licenses,\nprofessional services, software maintenance, and software support for a total contract amount\nnot to exceed $304,049.78, for a term of 5 years; and\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the agreement after approval as to form by the City\nAttorney.
