27. CONSIDER AWARDING A CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH GOODWILL, SOUTHERN LOS\nANGELES COUNTY FOR BUS STOP CLEANING SERVICES (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. WAIVE any irregularities or informalities in the Goodwill proposal, pursuant to CMC 2611(l)\n(2);\n— 2. AWARD and APPROVE a Contract Services Agreement with GOODWILL, SOUTHERN LOS\nANGELES COUNTY (Exhibit No. 3; Agreement); and,\n— 3. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the Agreement, following approval as to form by the\nCity Attorney.
