19. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH BARR\n& CLARK, INCREASING THE TOTAL CONTRACT SUM TO $300,000 (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement with Barr & Clark for environmental testing\nservices, increasing the contract amount to $300,000, during the initial three-year term plus\nthe two optional one-year extension periods.\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the mayor to execute Amendment No. 2 following approval as to form by the\nCity Attorney
