21. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO.1 TO DELL MARKETING L.P. AGREEMENT FOR\nMICROSOFT SOFTWARE LICENSES, MAINTENANCE, AND SUPPORT. (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement with DELL MARKETING L.P. to add software\nlicenses, including software maintenance, and software support for $66,814.00, for a total\ncontract amount not to exceed $920,109.16, for a term of 3 years; and\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the contract after approval as to form by the City\nAttorney.
