20. CONSIDER AWARDING AND APPROVING A CONTRACT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH KILEY &\nASSOCIATES, LLC, FOR FEDERAL LEGISLATIVE ADVOCACY SERVICES (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. AWARD and APPROVE the proposed Contract Services Agreement with Kiley & Associates,\nLLC for federal legislative advocacy services for a five-year term, for a not-to-exceed Contract\nSum of $63,420 annually, or $317,100 for the five-year term (Exhibit No. 1; the Agreement”);\nand\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the Agreement following approval as to form by the City\nAttorney.
