23. CONSIDER APPROVAL OF A MASTER SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR INTERNET SERVICES WITH\nHURRICANE ELECTRIC, LLC (CITY COUNCIL)\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n— 1. APPROVE a Master Service Agreement with Hurricane Electric, LLC for IP Transit for an\namount not to exceed $23,400 for a total term of 5 years; and\n— 2. AUTHORIZE the Mayor to execute the contract after approval as to form by the City\nAttorney.
