Approve a Side Letter Agreement Between the City of El Segundo and\nthe El Segundo City Employees’ Association (CEA) revising the Standby\nPay provision in the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to increase\nthe compensation from two (2) hours to three (3) hours per day.\n2.
