7. SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH CSG CONSULTANTS FOR PROFESSIONAL\nSERVICES\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council:\n1) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute a Second Amendment to the Contract\nAgreement with CSG Consultants for professional building services, increasing the contract\nfor an increased not-to-exceed amount, with the option to extend the Agreement for up to\ntwo (2) additional one-year terms; and\n2) Approve the budget adjustment in the Fiscal Impact section of this report.
