Resolution Requesting Membership in the California Intergovernmental\nRisk Authority for Participation in the Liability and Workers’\nCompensation Programs and Authorization to Enter into Their Joint\nPowers Agreement; and Authorization to Provide Confirmation of the\nCity’s Withdrawal from the Independent Cities Risk Management\nAuthority\nRecommendation 1. Adopt a resolution requesting membership in the California\nIntergovernmental Risk Authority and participation in the Liability and\nWorkers’ Compensation Programs and authorizing the City Manager to\nenter into their Joint Powers Agreement.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to confirm the City’s Notice of Intent to leave\nthe Independent Cities Risk Management Authority risk pool for\ncoverage year beginning July 1, 2026.\n3.
