Accept the work as completed for Rosemead Boulevard Road Rehabilitation\nProject, CIP No. 50041 constructed by R.J. Noble Company and authorize\nthe City Clerk to file the Notice of Completion with the Los Angeles County\nRegistrar-Recorder; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to release the retention payment to R.J. Noble\nCompany following the mandatory waiting period from the date the Notice of\nCompletion is recorded.
