Updates to the City of Encinitas Municipal Code Chapter 14.40 Article III and\nIntroduction of Ordinance No. 2025-20 to provide updated code regulations\nfor timed parking zones in the City of Encinitas.\nEnvironmental\nConsiderations: The action being considered by the City Council is exempt\nfrom the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to General\nRule, Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA guidelines since there would be no\npossibility of a significant effect on the environment and the action is also not\ndefined as a "project" under Section 15378(b)(5) of CEQA Guidelines. The\naction for Council consideration involves an organizational or administrative\nactivity of government that will not result in direct or indirect physical change\nin the environment.
