Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 2022-68-CC w/Compatior extending the term of the\nagreement for 2 years for a free Mental Health Assistance Program to begin July 2, 2023\nThe City Council will consider: (CD)\na. Approving Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 2022-68-CC with Compatior, Inc., to administer a\nfree Mental Health Assistance Program for two years commencing July 1, 2023 through June 30,\n2025;\nb. Appropriating $400,000 from the American Rescue Plan funds to an account determined by the\nDirector of Administrative Services to fund the administration of the free Mental Health Assistance\nProgram; and\nc.
