HAMANT]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving the award of an\nAgreement for Maintenance Services to Musco Sports Lighting, LLC to\nprovide on-call sports lighting services.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve an Agreement for Maintenance\nServices with Musco Sports Lighting, LLC, pursuant to the Sourcewell\nCooperative Purchasing Agreement, to provide on-call sports lighting\nservices for a total not-to-exceed amount of $400,000; and 2) Authorize\nthe City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents incident to the\nAgreement.
