DAVIS]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approval of Amendment No. 2 to\nthe Measure M Funding Agreement between the City of West Hollywood\nand the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority to\nincrease the Measure M Metro Active Transport (MAT) Program grant\nfunds by $300,000, from $488,141 to $788,141, for the Santa Monica\nBlvd/La Brea Ave Project.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Measure M\nFunding Agreement between the City of West Hollywood and the Los\nAngeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority to increase the\nMeasure M Metro Active Transport (MAT) Program grant funds by\n$300,000, from $488,141 to $788,141, for the Santa Monica Blvd/La Brea\nAve Project; and 2) Authorize the City Manager or his designee to execute\nall documents incident to the grant award.
