7.\nACCEPTANCE OF TOLL BROTHERS IMPROVEMENTS AND RELEASE\nOF BONDS FOR TRACT 19128\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: 1. Accept as complete the tract\nimprovements and monumentation constructed by Toll Brothers West\nInc., a Delaware corporation, for Tract 19128. 2. Authorize the City\nClerk to release the Subdivision Faithful Performance and Subdivision\nLabor and Materials Bonds, both in the amount of $535,206.17, and\nthe Subdivision Improvement Monumentation Bond in the amount of\n$38,100. 3. Authorize the City Clerk to release the Subdivision\nImprovement Warranty Bond in the amount of $53,520.61 one year\nafter acceptance of the public improvements for Tract 19128 with the\nconcurrence of the Director of Public Works/City Engineer.
