6. On-Call Landscape Architectural Services – Authorize Agreements as\nNecessary. (500)\nRecommendation:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to establish an on-call list for landscap architect\nand design work, consisting of the three highest scoring firms; RHA\nLandscape Architects-Planners, Inc., David Volz Design, and Hirsh &\nAssociates, Inc. for a performance period of three (3) base years and two\n(2), one-year options to extend as authorized by the City Manager; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager, or their designee, to issue individual task orders\nand execute professional service agreements as needed for a not-to-exceed\namount of $500,000 for each firm designated to serve as part of the panel of\non-call consultants and used for task requested projects.
