Approving Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. 2022-69-CC with AltaMed to administer a free\nMental Health Assistance Program for two years commencing July 1, 2023 through June 30,\n2025;\nb. Appropriating $400,000 from the American Rescue Plan funds to an account determined by the\nDirector of Administrative Services to fund the administration of the free Mental Health Assistance\nProgram; and\nc.
