8. FREEWAY MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT AND AGREEMENT FOR\nSHARING COSTS OF STATE HIGHWAY ELECTRICAL FACILITIES\n25-588\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends the City Council:\n1. Approve Freeway Maintenance Agreement between the State of California\nDepartment of Transportation (Caltrans) and the City of Costa Mesa for the I405 Improvements Project.\n2. Approve the Agreement for Sharing Costs of State Highway Electrical\nFacilities between Caltrans and the City of Costa Mesa.\n3. Authorize staff to accept any minor amendments to the agreements based\non final review by all parties and for the Mayor and City Clerk to execute final\nagreements.\n1.
