7.\nAward of Maintenance Services Agreement for Citywide Street Striping to J &\nS Striping Company, Inc.\nRecommendation\nStaff recommends the City Council:\n1. Award a Maintenance Services Agreement for Citywide Street Striping to J &\nS Striping Company, Inc. in the amount of $317,125 for Fiscal Year 2025-26,\n$326,637 for Fiscal Year 2026-27 and $336,436 for Fiscal Year 2027-28,\nsubject to extension administratively for two additional one-year periods;\n2. Approve a not-to-exceed 20% contingency in the amount of $63,425 for\nFiscal Year 2025-26, $65,328 for Fiscal Year 2026-27 and $67,288 for Fiscal\nYear 2027-28 for unforeseen conditions or additional work and authorize the\nPublic Works Director/City Engineer to approve additional work with J & S\nStriping Company, Inc. for a total not-to-exceed amount of $380,550 for\nFiscal Year 2025-26, $391,965 for Fiscal Year 2026-27 and $403,724 for\nFiscal Year 2027-28; and,\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and future\namendments to the Maintenance Services Agreement with J & S Striping\nCompany, Inc., subject to the City Attorney making non-substantive changes.\nPUBLIC HEARING
