I.6\nSUCCESSOR AGENCY RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FY 2026–27 ROPS AND\nADMINISTRATIVE BUDGET (REPORT OF: FINANCIAL AND MANAGEMENT\nSERVICES) (DISTRICT: NOT APPLICABLE)\nResolution of The City of Moreno Valley Serving as the Successor Agency to the\nCommunity Redevelopment Agency of the City of Moreno Valley Approving the\nRecognized Obligation Payment Schedule and Administrative Budget for the Period\nof July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027 (ROPS 26-27) (Reso. No. SA 2025-XX)\nRecommendation(s)\nThat the City Council as Successor Agency:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. SA 2025-XX. A Resolution of the City Council of the City of\nMoreno Valley, California, serving as Successor Agency to the Community\nRedevelopment Agency of the City of Moreno Valley Approving the Recognized\nObligation Payment Schedule and Administrative Budget for the Period of July 1,\n2026 through June 30, 2027 (ROPS 26-27) and Authorizing the City Manager acting\nfor the Successor Agency or his/her Designee to Make Modifications Thereto; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager acting for the Successor Agency or his Designee to\nmake modifications to the Schedule; and\n3. Authorize the transmittal of the ROPS 26-27, for the period of July 1, 2026 through\nJune 30, 2027 (“Exhibit A”), including Administrative Budget (“Exhibit B”) for the said\nperiod, to the Countywide Oversight Board for County of Riverside for review and\napproval.
