Adopt Resolution Number 2025-__, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of\nMoreno Valley, California, accepting the Offer of Dedication of Old Perris Boulevard\n(formerly Judson Street) for public utility purposes; and\n2. Direct the City Clerk to certify the acceptance of said dedication and cause said\ncertification to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Riverside\ntogether with said Resolution.

I.8\nAUTHORIZATION TO AWARD A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT TO PLYCO CORP.\nFOR THE MORENO VALLEY SENIOR CENTER EXPANSION PROJECT (REPORT\nOF: PUBLIC WORKS) (DISTRICT 3)\nAuthorization To Award A Construction Contract To Plyco Corp. For The Moreno\nValley Senior Center Expansion Project\nRecommendation(s)\nThat the City Council:\n1. Authorize the award of a contract to Plyco Corp. to complete construction of the\nMoreno Valley Senior Center Expansion Project; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute a contract with Plyco Corp., in the amount\nof $5,963,451 funded by the Facility Construction Fund (Fund 3000); and\n3. Authorize the issuance of a Purchase Order to Plyco Corp. for the amount of\n$6,559,796 ($5,963,451 bid amount plus 10% contingency) once the contract has\nbeen signed by all parties; and\n4. Authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer to execute any subsequent\nrelated change orders to the contract with Plyco Corp., up to the budget as previously\napproved by the Council, subject to the approval of the City Attorney; and\n5. Authorize a budget adjustment and interfund loan as set forth in the fiscal impact\nsection of this report.

I.9\nAUTHORIZE THE PURCHASE OF ONE MOBILE DC FAST CHARGER UNIT FOR\nTHE CITY’S BATTERY ELECTRIC VEHICLE FLEET (REPORT OF: PUBLIC\nWORKS) (DISTRICT: ALL DISTRICTS)\nAuthorize The Purchase Of One Mobile DC Fast Charger Unit From Faith Energy\nGroup, The Manufacturer’s Authorized Distributor, To Support The City’s Battery\nElectric Vehicle Fleet\nRecommendation(s)\nThat the City Council:\n1. Authorize the purchase of one ChargeRigs Flexx 120 Mobile DC Fast Charger Unit\nfrom Faith Energy Group, the manufacturer’s authorized distributor, to support the\nCity’s Battery Electric Vehicle Fleet; and\n2. Authorize the issuance of a Purchase Order to Faith Energy Group, the\nmanufacturer’s authorized distributor, in the amount of $227,522.00; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager or their designee to execute future vehicles and\nequipment purchases in accordance with the approved budget and procurement\nprocedures; and\n4. Authorize budget adjustment as set forth in the fiscal impact section of this report.

Find that the proposed amendments to the Moreno Valley Municipal Code are\nexempt from the California Environmental Quality Act in accordance with Section\n15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines;\n2.
