Adopt Resolution No. [Next in Order] to become a participating member agency of\nCalifornia Statewide Communities Development Authority's (CSCDA), Statewide\nCommunity Infrastructure Program, and authorize the City Manager, or their\ndesignee, to submit the resolution and any other required documentation to CSCDA.\n2. Adopt Resolution No. [Next in Order] to become a participating member agency of\nCalifornia Municipal Finance Authority's (CMFA) Bond Opportunities for Land\nDevelopment (BOLD) Program and authorize the City Manager, or their designee, to\nsubmit the resolution and any other required documentation to CMFA.
