5.2.\nAnnexation of Territory into Community Facilities District 2003-1 (CFD 2003-1),\nAuthorizing the Levy of Special Taxes, Submitting the Levy of Special Tax to the\nQualified Electors, Declaring the Results of the Election, and Authorizing the Levy of\nSpecial Taxes for Annexation No. 75\nRECOMMENDATION:\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Hold the Public Hearing related to the Annexation of Territory into CFD 2003-1;\n2. Adopt Resolution No. 4111, authorizing the annexation of territory to CFD 2003-\n1 and the levy of a Special Tax, and submitting the levy of Special Tax to the\nQualified Electors;\n3. Call upon the City Clerk to conduct the Special Annexation Landowner Election;\n4. Adopt Resolution No. 4112, declaring the results of a Special Annexation\nLandowner Election and directing the recording of an amended Notice of Special\nTax Lien; and\n5.
