(Mesker/Fraley)\nRecommendation: 1) Award a professional services agreement to Pipe Tec,\nInc. for Citywide storm drain closed circuit television and condition assessment\nservices for the Storm Drain Asset Management Program (CIP Project 8701)\nin the amount of $424,200, with a 15% contingency of $63,630, for a term of\n120 days; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor to execute the agreement in a form\napproved by the City Attorney.\nAgenda Report
