(FIN)\nRecommendation:\nStaff respectfully recommends that the City Council of the City of Lynwood approve the\nwarrant register dated December 02,2025 for FY 2025-2026\nComments:\nOn October 1, 2013, the City Council authorized a Memorandum of Understanding\n(MOU) between the Los Angeles Gateway Region Integrated Regional Water\nManagement Joint Powers Authority and the cities of Downey, Lakewood, Long Beach,\nLynwood, Paramount, Pico Rivera, Signal Hill, South Gate and the Los Angeles County\nFlood Control County Flood Control District for the purpose of preparing a Watershed\nManagement Program (WMP) and a Coordinated Integrated Monitoring Program (CIMP).\nIn July 2020, parties to the LLAR MOU drafted and submitted an Amendment to the\nMOU to extend the MOU’s term through September 30, 2025. Staff recommends\ncontinued participation in this Joint Powers Authority for an additional 5 years to
