7.\nA PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER AN ADDENDUM TO THE ONTARIO PLAN 2050\nSUPPLEMENTAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FOR A GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT\n(FILE NO. PGPA25-001) TO THE ONTARIO PLAN 2050 (TECHNICAL AMENDMENT)\nwhich includes a previously approved contingency amount of $293,815; and\nB. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute all documents required for the\ncompletion of the project which may include, but not limited to, agreements,\nassessments, easements, reduction of retention accounts, contract amendments within\nthe authorization limits, and filing a notice of completion at the conclusion of all\nconstruction-related activities.
