10.3\nMinor Home Rehabilitation Grant Program As-Needed Pre-Approved Contractor Short\nList\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Approve the Community Development Department as-needed pre-approved\ncontractor short list for the Minor Home Rehabilitation Grant Program (MHRGP);\nand\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute future Master Service Agreements with\ncontractors chosen from the approved MHRGP shortlist, for a five-year term\nthrough Fiscal Year 2030/2031, with each agreement not-to-exceed $100,000\nper year; and\n3. Authorize the Finance Department to issue individual Purchase Orders (POs)\nunder the Master Agreements for approved home repair projects.
