10.6\nAgreement Amendment with Architerra Design Group for On-Call Landscape Design\nand Inspection Services\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to the\nProfessional Services Agreement with Architerra Design Group for on-call\nlandscape design and inspection services, increasing the amount by $200,000\nfor a total not-to-exceed amount of $300,000; and\n2. Authorize the Finance Department to issue individual purchase orders on an as-\nneeded basis in the aggregate of the not-to-exceed amount approved for the\nagreement.
