10.8\nFinal Map, Agreements, and Bonds for Tract Map 38766 Garbani Haven, by Garbani\nRoad 134 Owner, LLC\nRECOMMENDED ACTION\n1. Approve and authorize the filing of the final map for Tract Map 38766, Garbani\nHaven, by Garbani Road 134 Owner, LLC, located at the northwest corner of\nGarbani Road and Evans Road; and\n2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Subdivision Improvement\nAgreement to guarantee the completion of the required public improvements\nassociated with Tract Map 38766; and\n3. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement Regarding\nAnnexation into a Community Facilities District (CFD) to defer the timing for the\nannexation of Tract Map 38766 into a maintenance CFD.
