AUTHORIZE the Bureau of Street Lighting to execute the\nnecessary documents with Cisco Systems, Inc. for acceptance\nof smartpole equipment, software, and services (estimated\nvalue of $946,235) as part of the Cisco's Country Digitization —\nCity of Los Angeles, Public Safety & Mobility Project.\n2. INSTRUCT the Bureau of Street Lighting to record the donated\nequipment on the Bureau’s inventory list and to thank the\ndonors on behalf of the City.\nFiscal Impact Statement: Neither the City Administrative Officer nor\nthe Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this\nreport.
