DETERMINE that the proposed designation is\ncategorically exempt from the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA), pursuant to Article 19, Section 15308,\nClass 8 and Article 19, Section 15331, Class 31 of the\nState CEQA Guidelines.\n2. DETERMINE that the subject property conforms with the\ndefinition of a Monument pursuant to Section 22.171.7 of\nthe Los Angeles Administrative Code.\n3. ADOPT the FINDINGS of the Cultural Heritage\nCommission (CHC) as the Findings of Council.\n4. APPROVE the recommendations of the CHC relative to\nthe inclusion of Greater Community Missionary Baptist\nChurch, located at 11064 – 11084 North Norris Avenue, in\nthe list of Historic-Cultural Monuments.\nOwner/Applicant: Greater Community Missionary Baptist Church of\nPacoima, c/o Jeffrey Martin\nCase No. CHC-2025-4007-HCM\nEnvironmental No. ENV-2025-4008-CE\nFiscal Impact Statement: None submitted by the CHC.
