(25)\n25-1195\nCD 6\nCIVIL RIGHTS, EQUITY, IMMIGRATION AGING AND DISABILITY\nCOMMITTEE REPORT relative to transfer of funds for construction of\nstreet lights in the North Hollywood-Morella Street Lighting District.\nRecommendations for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Padilla -\nRodriguez), SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE MAYOR:\n1. TRANSFER and APPROPRIATE $493,000 from the Community\nDevelopment Trust Fund No. 424, Account No. 21W556\n(Sidewalk Improvements and ADA Ramps in CD 6) to the\nCommunity Development Trust Fund No. 424, Account No.\n43VB18 (N Hollywood Sun Valley CD6 Area 1) for construction\nof street lights in the North Hollywood-Morella Street Lighting\nDistrict.\n2. AUTHORIZE the Community Investment for Families\nDepartment (CIFD) to make any corrections, clarifications, or\nrevisions to the above fund transfer instructions, including any\nnew instructions in order to effectuate the intent of this Motion,\nand including any corrections and changes to fund or account\nnumbers; said corrections / clarifications / changes may be\nmade orally, electronically or by any other means.\n3. INSTRUCT and AUTHORIZE the CIFD to prepare, process, and\nexecute the necessary documents with and/or payments to the\nBureau of Street Lighting, or any other agency or organization,\nutilizing the above amount, for the above purpose, subject to\nthe approval of the City Attorney as to form.\nFiscal Impact Statement: Neither the City Administrative Officer nor\nthe Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this\nreport.
