DETERMINE that the subject property conforms with the\ndefinition of a Monument pursuant to Section 22.171.7 of\nthe Los Angeles Administrative Code.\n3. ADOPT the FINDINGS of the Cultural Heritage\nCommission (CHC) as the Findings of Council.\n4.
