(22)\n25-1153\nHOUSING AND HOMELESSNESS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to\nrequesting an overview and analysis of programs currently supported\nby Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention (HHAP) Program\nfunding.\nRecommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Rodriguez –\nYaroslavsky):\nINSTRUCT the City Administrative Officer (CAO), in partnership with\nthe Chief Legislative Analyst (CLA), the Los Angeles Homeless\nServices Authority, the Los Angeles Housing Department, and any\nother relevant departments, to report on the following:\na. An overview of all programs that are currently supported by\nHHAP funding.\nb. An analysis of program efficacy, by service type (i.e., outreach,\nstreet medicine, rehousing strategies, etc.).\nc. A matrix that lists all HHAP funded programs, highlighting\nopportunities for consolidation, recommendations for ramp\ndown, and which services would traditionally fall under the\njurisdiction of other governmental agencies (i.e., the County of\nLos Angeles) that we should negotiate transfer of responsibility.\nFiscal Impact Statement: Neither the CAO nor the CLA has completed\na financial analysis of this report.
