ADOPT the determination by the BOHC that this action is\nadministratively and categorically exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Article II, Section\n2(f) and Article III, Class 1(14) of the Los Angeles City CEQA\nGuidelines.\n2. APPROVE POLA Resolution No. 25-10627 approving the\nSeventh Amendment to amended and restated lease No. 904A\nwith AltaSea at the POLA.\n3. CONCUR with said BOHC action of November 6, 2025, by\nPOLA Resolution 25-10627, authorizing the Executive Director,\nHarbor Department, or designee, to execute said Seventh\nAmendment to amended and restated lease No. 904A with\nAltaSea at the POLA.\nFiscal Impact Statement: None submitted by the BOHC. Neither the\nCity Administrative Officer nor the Chief Legislative Analyst has\ncompleted a financial analysis of this report.
