(1)\n25-1309\nCD 7\nCATEGORICAL EXEMPTION and COMMUNICATION FROM THE\nCITY ENGINEER relative to an offer to dedicate an easement for\nemergency access purposes across the northerly adjoining property of\n7001 West La Tuna Canyon Road - Right of Way No. 36000-10322.\nRecommendations for Council action:\n1. FIND that the dedication of an easement for emergency access\npurposes across the northerly adjoining property of 7001 West\nLa Tuna Canyon Road (Dedication) is categorically exempt from\nthe California Environmental Quality Act of 1970 pursuant to\nArticle III, Class 5(4) of the City's Environmental Guidelines.\n2. ACCEPT the petitioner's offer for the Dedication, substantially\nas shown on the Exhibit Map of the November 6, 2025 City\nEngineer report, attached to the Council file.\n3. AUTHORIZE the Board of Public Works to acquire the\nDedication.\n4. INSTRUCT the City Clerk to forward a copy of the Council\naction on this project to the Bureau of Engineering, Survey\nDivision for processing.\nItems for which Public Hearings Have Been Held
