9. SIXTH AMENDMENT TO CONSULTANT SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH GHD, INCORPORATED\nFOR THE STORM DRAIN MASTER PLAN UPDATE\nRECOMMENDED ACTION: That the City Council:\n1) Authorize the City Manager to execute a Sixth Amendment to the Consultant\nServices Agreement with GHD Inc for preparation of the Storm Drain Master Plan Update\nto increase the not-to-exceed amount and add one 2-year optional term extension; and\n2) Approve the budget adjustment as outlined in the Fiscal Impact Section.
