(15)\n16-0804-S1\nTRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE REPORT relative to the proposed\nSixth Amendment to Contract C-128057 with AAMCOM, LLC for\noperation and management of the Cityride Paratransit Program and\nTransit Technology Service Program.\nRecommendation for Council action:\nAUTHORIZE the General Manager, Los Angeles Department of\nTransportation (LADOT), to execute the proposed Sixth Amendment\nto Contract C-128057 with AAMCOM, LLC for continued operation\nand management of the Cityride Paratransit Program and Transit\nTechnology Service Program, through August 31, 2026, subject to the\napproval of the City Attorney as to form and legality.\nFiscal Impact Statement: The City Administrative Officer (CAO)\nreports that there is no General Fund impact. Sufficient funds exist\nwithin the City Proposition A Local Transit Assistance Fund to support\nthe cost. The City’s obligation is limited to the availability of\nappropriations.\nFinancial Policies Statement: The CAO also reports that the\nrecommendation complies with City Financial Policies as sufficient\nappropriated funds exist to support the proposed expenditures.
