(28)\n25-0822\nCD 13\nPUBLIC WORKS COMMITTEE REPORT relative to issuing a\nRevocable Permit for the construction of permanent improvements\nwithin the public right-of-way at Moss Avenue from Fletcher Drive to its\nsoutheasterly terminus joining Roswell Street to the intersection of\nEstara Avenue prior to the adoption of the Street Vacation.\nRecommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Soto-\nMartínez – Yaroslavsky):\nAUTHORIZE the Bureau of Engineering to issue a Revocable Permit\nto allow the Los Angeles Unified School District, subject to\nsatisfaction of conditions for issuing such permit, to close, gate,\noccupy, demolish, excavate and commence construction of\npermanent improvements within the existing public right-of-way at\nMoss Avenue from Fletcher Drive to its southeasterly terminus joining\nRoswell Street to the intersection of Estara Avenue prior to the\nadoption of the Street Vacation (VAC-E1401463).\nFiscal Impact Statement: Neither the City Administrative Officer nor\nthe Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this\nreport.
