13. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT\nWITH OPENGOV INC. FOR THE PURCHASE OF ONLINE PERMITTING AND LAND\nMANAGEMENT SOFTWARE FOR A FIVE-YEAR TERM IN THE AMOUNT NOT TO\nEXCEED $425,000 AND ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION NO. 7955 ADOPTING A\nBUDGET AMENDMENT RELATED THERETO\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 7952 approving the updated job descriptions and salary\nranges for Senior Librarian, Librarian, and Reference Librarian (Attachment no.1\nwith Exhibits);\n2. Approve reclassification of four (4) full-time Librarian positions to Senior Librarian\npositions;\n3. Adopt Resolution No. 7953 adjusting the salary range for the Chief City Clerk\nposition (Attachment no. 2); and\n4.
