7.\nApproval of a contract with Constant and Associates to provide consulting services to update the\nLocal Hazard Mitigation Plan in Compliance with State and Federal Law\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Award a contract to Constant and Associates to prepare an update to the City of Baldwin Park’s\nLocal Hazard Mitigation Plan;\n2. Authorize the Mayor, or designee, to execute the attached agreement with Constant and\nAssociates to provide consulting services in an amount not to exceed $151,008.13; and\n3. Authorize the Director of Finance to appropriate $151,008.13 from Fund 235-General Plan\nFees and make necessary budget adjustments.\nPUBLIC HEARING
