(0120-30 & 0120-90)\nRecommendation:\nStaff recommends that the City Council extend the terms of office for the following members:\nDRB Members Miguel Beltran, Chelsea Grace, and Lance Rogers; and TAC Members Joe\nEllis and Tiffany Lavan through January 31, 2026, or until the vacant seats on the DRB and\nTAC are filled, whichever occurs first.
