13. TAX-SHARING RESOLUTIONS FOR SANITATION DISTRICT, ANNEXATION\nNOS. 1110, 1111, 1113, 1115, 1117, 1118, 1119, AND 1120 - The Santa Clarita Valley\nSanitation District (District) provides wastewater treatment services within the District's\nservice area. To provide wastewater treatment service to properties located outside the\nDistrict's service area, the boundary must be expanded through the annexation process.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\nCity Council:\n1. Adopt the Santa Clarita Valley Sanitation District's resolutions approving and\naccepting the negotiated exchange of property tax revenues resulting from Santa\nClarita Valley Sanitation District Annexation Nos. 1110, 1111, 1113, 1115, 1117,\n1118, 1119, and 1120.\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all documents, subject to City\nAttorney approval.
