10.\nStaff\nrecommends\nthat\nthe\nCity\nCouncil\napprove\nMemorandums of Agreement (MOAs) with Visit Oceanside,\nthe Oceanside Cultural District and the Downtown\nOceanside Property Business Improvement District (PBID)\nand accept $50,000 from each organization totaling\n$150,000 to support the g’Oside electric vehicle (EV)\nshuttle program serving Downtown Oceanside, appropriate\nthese funds and authorize the City Manager to execute the\nagreements.
