7.\nStaff\nrecommends\nthat\nthe\nCity\nCouncil\napprove\nAmendment 2 to the Property Use Agreement with North\nCounty Community Services, DBA Growing Minds Early\nEducation Programs, for the use of a portion of the\nBalderrama Recreation Center located at 709 San Diego\nStreet, extending the term of the agreement through\nDecember 31, 2030, for a five-year minimum total revenue\nof $390,000, for the operation of child development\npreschool services and other related programs and\nactivities; and authorize the City Manager to execute the\namendment upon receipt of all supporting documents.\n25-1083\nCity Council:
