7.\nNOTICE OF COMPLETION: ALHAMBRA GOLF COURSE BUNKER SAND\nREPLACEMENT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT – F2M25-34, C2M25-32, M2M25-175\nOn July 28, 2025, the City Council awarded a contract to D.H.R Construction Inc. for the\nGolf Course Bunker Sand Replacement Improvement Project in the amount of\n$361,455.00. The project was completed under budget at $355,265.96 with a savings of\n$6,189.04. There were no change orders associated with the project. This project has\nbeen inspected by staff and all work has been completed in accordance with the City’s\nrequirements and specifications. As such, it would be appropriate for the City Council to\naccept this project as complete.\nRecommended Action:\nCity Council accept the work of D.H.R. Construction, Inc. for\nthe Alhambra Golf Course Bunker Sand Replacement Improvement Project as complete\nin the amount of $355,265.96; direct the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion with the\nCounty of Los Angeles for recordation; instruct the Finance Director to release the 5%\nretention 35 days from the date of recordation if no liens are filed; and, direct staff to\nundertake the steps necessary to finalize Council’s action.
