On Tuesday,\nNovember 4, 2025 and Thursday, November 6, 2025, the City Clerk received seventy-\nnine (79) bids for sixteen construction building services for the Alhambra Community\nCenter. Funding for the Alhambra Community Center has been established in the current\nFiscal Year budget.\nRecommended Action:\nCity Council award contracts, subject to final language\napproval by the City Manager and the City Attorney, in the total amount not to exceed\n$17,104,619 for the following construction building services for the Alhambra Community\nCenter:\nAnd, direct staff to undertake the steps necessary to finalize Council’s action.
