17.\nAWARD CONTRACT: CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND CONSTRUCTION\nINSPECTION SERVICES FOR THE GREEN STREET DEMONSTRATION PROJECT\nON MAIN STREET – F2M23-56, RFP2M25-17, C2M25-76, M2M25-178\nOn September 8, 2025, the City Council approved the distribution of a Request for\nProposals for Construction Management and Construction Inspection Services for the\nGreen Street Demonstration Project on Main Street. Staff received and reviewed a total\nof four proposals. Willdan was selected based on their qualifications, experience,\nresponsiveness, availability, and cost.\nRecommended Action:\nCity Council award a contract, subject to final language\napproval by the City Manager and City Attorney, by and between the City of Alhambra and\nWilldan for Construction Management and Construction Inspection Services for the Green\nStreet Demonstration Project on Main Street in an amount not to exceed $901,564; and,\ndirect staff to undertake the steps necessary to finalize the Council’s action.
